Placing a billboard advertisement at a perfectly chosen intersection or busy highway can snag you a multitude of leads, and including your toll-free number on the billboard can greatly improve those numbers. Billboards are a marketing tool that some people avoid because they believe it might be outside their budget. However, a billboard advertisement can range anywhere from just a few hundred dollars to a few thousand, depending on its location and the length of time it stays on the billboard. For a less costly option, consider placing a poster ad on bus stops or in subway stations.
Billboard costs also rise if you choose to run it in a major market, such as a large metropolitan city like San Francisco or Los Angeles. If you aren’t only a local company and would like to stretch your marketing campaign to outlying, less populated areas, you can place the billboard or poster in a smaller market, such as Bakersfield. Though you won’t reach as many people, you will be able to get an idea of how effective a larger billboard campaign might be and won’t have to make a huge investment in the process.
